This is an epoxy color-flake coating system, commonly used for garage floors because it hides dirt well.
The 1/2"-wide control joints were filled with a semi-rigid joint sealant and coated over to improve
overall appearance.  A urethane topcoat was also used for maximum durability and UV-resistance.
